The Gift of Present
It has been told, probably a thousand times, that the way to peace is by being present.
Yet, focusing on what is ... forgetting what was... and ignoring what will be, is a difficult task to sustain.
I have been " present" in the truest sense and I have experienced the joy and fulfillment that comes with being IN THE MOMENT ... but like the "chacha", a step forward towards this direction seems to be followed by a step or two backwards.
The past exhumes the negative feelings and the fear of the future decapitates the confidence to face the present.
The present is gone and life moves on ...
It is said that success comes with constancy of purpose.
Once the purpose is found, how is constancy made constantly present?

Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing make you afraid
All things pass away.
God never changes.
Patience obtains everything.
God alone is enough.
Merry Christmas doc =)
